Can the cover be used on the rack/carrier of a moving car or RV?

The bicycle covers are designed for stationary outdoor storage and aren’t recommend for use on moving vehicle bicycle carriers. If, however, you do use a cover for this purpose then we recommend that the cover is tied down completely with bungee cords so there is no loose material that can be caught and torn by the wind.

How can I lock my bike inside the cover?

There are two lock holes on the top side of the cover so a chain or U-lock can be inserted inside the cover and your bike can be secured to an external object. The lock holes are covered by a flap to prevent moisture from entering the inside of the Full Zip II cover.

What is the bicycle cover warranty policy?

The bicycle covers are guaranteed for two years against manufacturer defects and our policy and commitment is to proactively work with customers to resolve any issues that occur outside of the warranty period.
